Watercolour painting has been my medium of choice for the past 3 years. It has its own magic! It both respects its own space and moves beyond it, creating a unique blend of colour and creativity!
From a very young age I have experimented with various mediums, such as pencil, wax, oils, acrylics and even woodwork. I have taken courses in fine art at various locations, such as the College of Art in Toronto, Visual Arts Centre in Mississauga and Imagemaker Gallery in Port Credit.
Over the years I have had several opportunities to show my work; at The College of Art, a coffee shop, an art gallery, the local library, an art show and more recently, at a trunk sale.
I belong to a group of artists called “The Guilty Artists of Port Credit”. This group has been an amazing source of encouragement and support as I have begun to seek more opportunities to share my watercolour paintings with others and participate in art shows.
